Initial Pack 000
A must‑have for the more than 85% of dentists who successfully use the double‑cord technique. Designed to minimize tissue trauma and reduce the risk of sensitivity, the non‑medicated cord serves as the “Initial Pack” in the double‑cord method. Because the initial cord remains in the sulcus throughout the procedure, using a non‑impregnated option ensures optimal comfort and predictable results.

Knittrax
Unmedicated knitted retraction cord. Knitted into thousands of tiny interlocking loops. Unique, knitted cord gently expands after packing to help aid in retraction. For profound hemostatic control use with Pascal’s World Class hemostatic solutions, gels or pellets.

Initial Pack 000 (07-100). The ideal “initial” first cord. A “must have” cord for the over 85% of dentists who use the "Double Cord" technique.
Ultra-Thin, Easy to locate black, Braided, Non-impregnated retraction cord.
Initial Pack 000 is ideal for creating depth and tissue deflection.
Initial Pack 000 can be safely left in the sulcus as long as clinician desires without chemical damage to the tissue or causing sensitivity.

Knittrax® non-impregnated, 100% pure cotton knitted cord has thousands of tiny interlocking "knitted" loops that enable it to transport and deliver more hemostatic liquid or gel into the sulcus as compared to braided or twisted cords.
Knittrax retraction cord compresses, expands, and conforms to the sulcus during placement, resulting in increased tissue deflection. Unique knitted design will not snag on burs.
